  • We will return to re-clean any unsatisfactory areas at no additional charge

Service Refund Eligibility

Service Completion Refunds

Full refunds may be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Service was not performed as scheduled due to our error
  • Service was cancelled by us without proper notice (less than 2 hours)
  • We were unable to access the property despite proper notification
  • Emergency situations that prevented service completion

Partial Service Refunds

Partial refunds may be provided when:

  • Only part of the scheduled service was completed due to our error
  • Key areas were missed during cleaning (living room, bathroom, etc.)
  • Access to certain areas was limited and not properly communicated beforehand
  • Service quality was significantly below our standard in specific areas

Cancellation Refund Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellations

Refund eligibility for client cancellations depends on timing:

  • Monthly subscription cancellation: Pro-rated refund for unused portion

Prepaid Services

For clients who have prepaid for services:

  • Unused prepaid services: Full refund within 30 days
  • Partial service completion: Pro-rated refund based on completion percentage

Damage and Property Concerns

Property Damage Claims

In the rare event of property damage during our service:

  • Document the damage with photos immediately
  • Contact us within 24 hours of discovery
  • We will cover repair or replacement costs up to our insurance coverage limits
  • Repairs must be completed by our approved contractors or as approved by us

Excluded Damages
