Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Olsberg Properties Llp ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Service Description
Cleaning Services
Olsberg Properties Llp provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to:
- Residential cleaning services
- Commercial cleaning services
- Deep cleaning services
- Post-construction cleanup
- Move-in/move-out cleaning services
Service Terms and Conditions
Appointment Scheduling
All cleaning services must be scheduled in advance. We require:
- Minimum 24-hour notice for appointment scheduling
- Confirmation of appointment 2 hours prior to service
- Access to the property at the scheduled time
- Clear and safe access to all areas requiring cleaning
Service Coverage
Our cleaning services cover:
- All routine cleaning tasks as specified in your service agreement
- Use of professional cleaning equipment and supplies
- Cleaning of accessible areas and surfaces
- Proper disposal of cleaning waste
Our services do not include:
- Cleaning of areas with hazardous materials
- Moving heavy furniture (unless specifically arranged)
- Washing exterior windows or building exteriors
- Cleaning areas with standing water or flooding
Payment Terms
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash (exact change preferred)
- Personal checks (with proper identification)
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- Electronic payments (as specified in your service agreement)
Payment Timing
Payment is due:
- At the completion of each cleaning service
- Or according to the billing cycle specified in your service agreement
- For recurring services: monthly in advance or upon receipt of invoice
Late Payment Policy
A late fee of $25 may be applied to payments received more than 15 days after the due date. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Client Cancellation
Clients may cancel or reschedule services with:
- Minimum 24-hour notice without penalty
- Less than 24-hour notice: 50% of service fee applies
- Same-day cancellation or no-show: full service fee applies
Company Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services in cases of:
- Emergency situations or severe weather conditions
- Health and safety concerns
- Property access issues
- Equipment or supply failures
In such cases, we will contact you to reschedule at the earliest available time.
Client Responsibilities
Property Access and Preparation
Clients are responsible for:
- Ensuring clear access to the property and cleaning areas
- Securing or removing valuables and fragile items
- Providing access codes or key arrangements
- Informing us of any special instructions or requirements
- Ensuring pets are secured during cleaning service
Safety and Hazard Disclosure
Clients must disclose:
- Any hazardous materials or conditions
- Recently treated areas with chemicals or pesticides
- Known allergies or health concerns of occupants
- Damaged areas that require special care
Service Guarantee
Quality Assurance
We ensure quality in our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service:
- Contact us within 24 hours of service completion
- We will return to re-clean the unsatisfactory areas at no charge
- We will work with you to ensure your complete satisfaction
Exclusions
Our service commitment does not cover:
- Pre-existing conditions or damage
- Stains or damage that were not disclosed before service
- Cleaning of areas not included in the service agreement
- Items that were moved or accessed by others after our service
Insurance and Liability
Company Insurance
Olsberg Properties Llp carries:
- General liability insurance
- Property damage insurance
- Workers' compensation insurance
- Bonded employees for your protection
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to:
- The cost of the cleaning service provided
- Direct damages caused by our negligence
- Items that were not properly secured or disclosed
We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage or wear
- Damage caused by building defects or maintenance issues
- Loss or damage to items not properly secured
- Indirect or consequential damages
Confidentiality and Privacy
Client Information
We respect your privacy and will:
- Keep all client information confidential
- Only use your information for providing services
- Not share your information with third parties without consent
- Secure your property and personal information during service
Environmental Responsibility
Eco-Friendly Practices
We are committed to environmental responsibility:
- Use of environmentally safe cleaning products when requested
- Proper disposal of cleaning waste and materials
- Minimize water and energy consumption
- Recycle packaging and materials when possible
Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
We encourage open communication to resolve any issues:
- Contact us directly to discuss concerns
- Allow reasonable time for response and resolution
- Work together to find a mutually acceptable solution
Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of North Dakota. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of North Dakota.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients in advance of their next service appointment. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
